AccessSure provides automated accessibility scanning services that analyze websites for compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites) standards.
The Service includes:
- Automated accessibility scanning of web pages
- AI-powered issue detection and analysis
- Detailed reports and remediation suggestions
- Dashboard for managing scans and viewing results
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to test
- Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt target websites through excessive scanning
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AccessSure and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all accessibility issues or that following our recommendations will result in full compliance with any accessibility standard.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
